The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the regulatory body charged by the government with ensuring that the services provided to patients at Walton Surgery meet with the 24 Essential Standards of Care laid down by Parliament.
Walton Surgery is registered with the CQC and was inspected in 2019. This involved a visit to the surgery by a CQC inspector who talked to patients from the surgery.
